The collection consists mainly of pamphlets, posters and booklets put out by the Vietnam Moratorium Committee, and minutes of their meetings (1970-1972). There are also publications from North and South Vietnam and newspaper reports and pamphlets concerning the Vietnam Moratorium, pamphlets and newsheets relating to the Revolutionary Front of Independent East Timor (Fretilin), 1975 and pamphlets relating to student activities and a taped interview with the Guido Baracci (TRC 373).

Son of Pietro Baracchi, Victorian Government Astronomer, educated at Melbourne Grammar School and Melbourne University. Active opponent of conscription, jailed 1918, joined I.W.W., edited International Industrial Workers paper Industrial solidarity, and with Percy Laidler in 1920-1921, the Proletarian Review.
